I rename .pe2pkg files to .pkg and put them in Parasite2_pkg.exe but nothing happens. wut do?

It is a strange process. The link to the GameFAQ discussion has another link to a Google Drive folder for an extraction .exe and an extracted model, but it has no extension name so it's useless.
