xbdecompress is command line. xbdecompress.exe c:\compressed.pak c:\extract\file.ext Xbdecompress closes right after i open it. You left out the "for". Plus you'll have to do that from whichever directory you have the files in. Or you can always add the /r switch after the "for" command and execute...

FBX support is there. Thanks a lot. Just wish there was an option to export to v.2010 FBX, so that old farts using ancient Max versions could import those FBX files as well. First of All i dont know PC VERSION of this game, but if you have one PC version (not Emulator ps2) upload the files, if you have ps2 version see how to extract the files and post here, its the same way, 3dvia and 3d ripper cant extract T position models. xbox back up creator. extract the afs files and use noesis to extract those afs, and then use the same program to convert those extracted files to the format you want.

I tried to follow epopoe's post to get the alphamap to work, but I am having some trouble. I used the original alphamap which is the greenish-purple color, and converted in photoshop as he instructed.
