I believe there is a converter to MGS5. MGS6 has not yet been released. And, apparently, it won't be soon.

Any possible way to extract models from Twisted Metal: Black?
I used Ninja Ripper on PCSX2, but I was able to extract just the textures. I tried using the program's screenshot feature, but I only got triangles and other absurdly distorted geometric shapes. A guy once got it with the screenshot feature, but I didn't understand how.

Re: Metal Gear Solid 3 PS2 and PS3 models ripping
EVEN BIGGER UPDATE Thanks to ChatGPT, we managed to make a script to fix both static and boned meshes (exported using the Jayveer exporting plugin for Noesis) straight in Unity. Export the models in FBX format Tested in Unity 2021.3.3f1 (FBX export addon needed) 1: put the model you want fixed in t...

Re: Metal Gear Solid 3 PS2 and PS3 models ripping
Big update! 1: Change your import settings in Unity to Legacy before you import the meshes. (this will put all mats in a different folder for easy changes) 2: Use ProBuilder to "probuilderize" the meshes 3: use the "conform normals" if you got randomly inverted faces.| now you c...

Help with Ninja Ripper 2.0.5 and Mercenaries 2: World in Flames
Hello friends. I only recently discovered that Ninja Ripper 2.0.x has a function to generate matrix coordinates to correctly position ripped models and parts in Blender. I was ripping Mercenaries 2: World in Flames using Ninja Ripper 2.0.5, however when I checked the Log file, I couldn't find the ma...

Re: (HELP) Extracting 3D Models from Star Wars Tales from the Galaxy's Edge (Oculus)
Have you tried Ninja Ripper? It's great for getting models from any game. Version 1.7.1 is very good for this. Does Ninja Ripper work on Oculus Quest games? This version of Ninja Works for both older games (such as Dawn of War - Dark Crusade released in 2006) and newer generation games (such as Met...

Re: How to import models with all parts in their original places using Ninja Ripper Importer 1.3 in 3DS Max?
...An example of this is some vehicles that, when imported, have all parts positioned at 0,0,0... I too have tested the older versions many times on various games, on some games you can be lucky to have certain assets positioned correctly as you see in-game including collisions too, which i find th...

Re: How to import models with all parts in their original places using Ninja Ripper Importer 1.3 in 3DS Max?
Oh, thanks friend :) I've been hearing about him for a long time. I will check if it is effective and I will test it. Ripping models with a lot of parts and having to put them all in place is difficult You can still download the 1.71 version of NinjaRipper, the last version before they turned greed...

How to import models with all parts in their original places using Ninja Ripper Importer 1.3 in 3DS Max?
Hello. Is there any way to import all the parts (at once and in the right places) of a model ripped with Ninja Ripper 1.3? An example: I ripped some Arma 2 models using Ninja Ripper and when I imported them into 3DS Max, all the pieces appeared in the center of the 3D scene of the program, all being...

Re: Solution to the problem of exporting MGS3 models using Noesis with Jayveer plugin
The problem is that mgs3 does something weird to determine the winding order when constructing a mesh and I don't know how it's calculated. So in noesis I just make it a double sided mesh for now. I did spend some time trying to figure it out but haven't managed to do so yet and I don't know when I...

Re: Solution to the problem of exporting MGS3 models using Noesis with Jayveer plugin
Excellent contribution!! This definitely solves the problem. The last issue I noticed was that some models that have non-boxed faces, ie single polygons that are textured to look 3D, have only one face textured, and the other face invisible. Is it possible to duplicate the Normal from one face to a...
