I am looking for modding tmnt 2003 to play as Elite Foot Ninja , Stockman and Evil Turtlebot in stages than vs mode

I try to edit some angry birds star wars bird upgrades by trying to decompile and get also bird upgrades and angry editors i get an error if i decrypt the lua after i try to open with openssl
I need help i have openssl installed so decompile failed garbage
