In other news. I can now swap every skin mesh on MK11 characters while having facial bones usable instead of facial morphs system. So I have full rigging capabilities of swapping on meshes 😏

I have adobe ps and can't get this result. does it make a difference if the textures are in tga or dds? i'm using tga. My process is I open all DDS images of color, norm, rma, id, and tone. I take the alpha from NORM and replace the COLOR version so I have a quick diffuse. I then copy the ID DDS as...

Here is Scorpion default skin for his base skin. Depending on what program you use, there will be differences. Found the textures for cyborgs, so starting the coloring process. Hopefully ill have a full complete render Sunday.

Story mode models aren't worth the trouble imo. They're lower poly and the face rigging is very sloppy. Will keep a look out for the textures though. Has anyone found the story mode character textures for the models? Those models are complete but their UVs are different than the skins. Plus the story mode models have bones working for the face.
