Nevermind, I figured it out! The solution is to choose the menu item "File -> Export from Preview" instead of "File -> Export" and then use -fbxmultitake. The export argument will then be used correctly. I have no idea why that is. Maybe anybdody knows whats up? Only problem remaining is that batch ...
