How do you repack a pak-file

Would someone be kind enough to create a quickbms script that can unpack an repack .pak files for this game.

Would you mind telling me how you done this and how I can do it with other .tex files, how are you supposed to know what settings to choose.

Could anyone tell me how to view .tex files, nothing will open them without errors.
