Issue solved. I think that solution is read submeshes instead of construct every meshes to single model. Now I have 153 models 153 meshes 153 textures and 9945 materials. Can someone help me to fix the script to read 1 model 153 submeshes and 65 materials? I extract textures separately with name of texture index ...

I tried to read materials from modelcontainer with 153 meshes, 65 materials and 41 textures. I assign textures to every material and then read materials to MatList and construct models with 153 range loop. When I load the file it appears 9945 (=153 x 65) materials in Noesis. It reads right material ...

You can use NFS Shift Xtx to Tga to convert .tex to .tga. Then use .rdf file which is configured by xtx to tga.exe and Bundler.exe from Xbox 360 xdk to convert .tga to .xpr. Thanks! I tried with option Tri Strip or Try Strip FF and that's why faces didn't displayed correctly. I tried Triangles with count 2754 and thats why I got error but when divide faces count by three (918) faces seems to be correct. :)

I found one more option that MR doesn't have but Hex2O has. There is no option "noStr FFFF" for faces, only "Triangles", "Tri Strip FF" and "Tri Strip". I Think it's not necessary for most of models, but I have the only one which that option does matter. :D

Not yet, It should write a python script for rx2. That isn't so easy and takes a time, but maybe sometimes I will try.

I downloaded 2014 instead because the server for that was faster, and it works! :) You can play from unpacked files. I unpacked all the BIG files containing audio, video, 3D models and Textures and it plays perfectly fine ^^ So my guess would be that it works for all the games with Big files withou...

It's a slightly difference between noesis and unbundler extracted images. Noesis extracted is grayscale and transparent instead of unbundler image is colored. I don't think how about other images but that is what I noticed.

Yes, It's probably R5G6B5. I converted your file to xpr and make rdf file with unbundler and got the texture format.
