Hi try using foobar2000 + vgmstream component. You may need to rename to "*.logg"), but i think it plays encrypted oggs ok:

Re: Manhunt sfx|.SDT and Headerless Raw WaveForm files
Yes you need to change the sample rate value within the txth itself and mess around with it until you get the right one. Not all of them are going to be at the same sample rate. I would've been able to pull the proper ones had it been stored in the files, but they were not. Just fiddle around with t...

Re: Manhunt sfx|.SDT and Headerless Raw WaveForm files
Hello, attached is your solution. Download QuickBMS: http://aluigi.altervista.org/quickbms.htm Download latest "test.zip" of vgmstream: https://github.com/losnoco/vgmstream/releases Run the BMS script opening the SDT as your INPUT ARCHIVE. Note: The *.raw file must be in the same folder as the SDT. ...

Re: Something wrong with the Wolf Among Us voice files.
There is nothing wrong with this file. It's not a wav file, it's an FSB version 4, which is why it isn't playing. Whenever you're ripping/modding, your extension won't ever normally matter, because the data may be different (like this for example). To decode, use foobar2000 + vgmstream component, wh...

Re: Project IGI sound file .ILSF Decode and encode
I'm not sure how to re-encode them (maybe FFMPEG?), but the audio is Interleaved DVI 4-Bit IMA ADPCM. The actual audio data starts at offset 0x14, so you can use GENH in VGMToolbox to create playable files. The header seems to be as follows: 0x00 "ILSF" 0x04 Version? 0x06 Interleave value? 0x08 Cha...

Re: .vxn and .vxvs Audio Format[edit convert]
As DKDave said, I searched around and couldn't find tools to allow encoding back to .vxn + .vxvs. My guess is either re-write the decode method to an encoding method (if its losseless) or hope somebody develops a tool for this

Re: Psygnosis DAT / WAV files from Formula 1 (1995, PC)
Mid 90s, so probably some ADPCM codec. Try opening it as raw IMA ADPCM in Audacity. Or extract the contents of the data (or cmp) chunk prior, and open that in Audacity. It that sounds exactly right, bingo. It it sounds slightly like it should, you need to figure out which exact ADPCM scheme it is a...

Re: Successfully extracted the sound effects of kamen rider City War
Just to post, if you were looking for a BMS adaptation, it would work like so: get BASENAME basename set OFFSET long 0x55 get ARKSIZE asize xmath SIZE "ARKSIZE - 0x55" set NAME string "" string NAME p "%s.ogg" BASENAME log NAME OFFSET SIZE That should hopefully work.. just went off that screenshot a...
