I got the Demons's souls Ps5 remake files from psxhax and am looking at the audio. The main audio files have the bnk extention with SBlk in the header. Foobar with the vgmstream plugin and Ravioli cannot convert them. Ravioli sees wem files in them. I think they have some encryption/obfuscation but ...

The PSO2 Aqua Library has a function to convert the cmdl/cmsh to fbx with rigs/skeletons, weights and UVs. Rawtex can convert the textures, with some work. From what I can see it is using PhyreEngine.
The PS3 version uses PSSG, for which I have not been able to find a compatible model tool.
