The mm_doomslayer loads fine, but cosmetic addons are still have broken UV's
EDIT. Also weapons still won't work, mostly)

Should've clarified, tool exports ALL textures in folder))) Also, after texture export i've tried model export, and it've created Textures.obj and .mtl in export/textures folder. Just letting you know. After that i've tried model export second time and it created correct folder and file names. Check...

Use the attached bms script. Tested with the files from Steam (2019 winter update). Might not work with any other versions. Got key for closed beta, really interested in getting models from this game, Mercury Steam has really pretty artwork in their recent games. Thus, we have 9 gigs of preload with archives in .packed format. I think it's same name as for Scrapland and Jericho- their previous games, but i had no chance ...

NinjaRipper works fine with DarkSouls 3, even in online. If you are afraid of being softbanned, create new account, family share games, play on newly created acc (yeah you have to play through to unlock arena, or just use existing saves, copy them into other user's folders).
