i can with your file with noesis with bloodborne conversion but cannot load texture and open in 3ds max without bones
bloodborne_texture.exe cannot convert the .tpf file
i converted it using atvaarks bindertool.

Have anyone aleady a list which weapon model corresponds to which weapon ? i dont fully understand how to get a specific weapon model with texture.
i would appreciate if someone would explain it to me.

Maybe you have 32 bit system? It should work if you have that havok: "HavokContentTools_2014-1-0_20140830_64Bit_PcXs".
yes i have that havok. and a 64 bit system. i dont know what is wrong with this but i try to get this hopefully to work.

Maybe try running it in compatibility mode - it used to work on Win10 until something updated. It should be able to run the animation just fine, though - did you make sure to import the skeleton and then add the animation? Nope compatibility mode does absolutly nothing i tried to run it on a Win 7 ...

Can anyone please explain to me how i can the Bloodborne files to get the models etc? or provide me the files?.
I spend a few days trying to extract the bloodborne files from my ps4 but i have the newest version 5.50. and downloaded bloodborne pkgs...

sorry if its actually so easy but i dont get it.
