I checked my test code and it seems it extacts all models and textures fine. Had no time for skeletons yet. Also, game packages have tree-like structure and i don't know how long it can take to properly parse them. So I'm currently thinking maybe i just publish the tool in its current form where us...

Or, you simply use Dragon UnPACKer 5 and will extract them as .wav , then you rename them to .at3 , and using foobar2000/vgmstream-plugin you can play/convert them to your hearts content ;). i replaced the original with the same contents but re-compressed, same compression type etc, i verified both psarcs, and they have the exact same contents with same internal file sizes and compression, yet the re compressed one is 20kb larger, and looks different in hex editor, anyone know why? this...
