Re: ROFS Compression\?Encryption? Method
I don't get it... where i find and put the password? It's explained in my post; you need to reverse the game to extract the password: The password can usually be found in the binary next to the CVM filename, or strings like "VOL", "ROFS" or "ADXF_AddRofsVol". Note : &q...

Re: ROFS Compression\?Encryption? Method
It's a commandline tool, you need to run it from a command prompt.Pixelise wrote: Hi. I have a little problem with your program. Whenever I try to open it (dragging and dropping an .CVM file or not) it starts and as soon as it shows up it closes not doing any conversion. Any help please?

Thanks for the sample, caspersus. Turns out it was just uncompressed data (I was assuming it's always compressed). Made some adjustments to handle it.

Re: new AION .pak file format.need help!
The python script fails for Sounds_music.pak. Could you check why? Worked for me. Are you using the second version of the script? Does it fail on other .pak files too? What is your CrySystem.dll version? When I try to run it, I get this error =o. Traceback (most recent call last): File "D:\pak...

Re: new AION .pak file format.need help!
After a weekend spent unpacking the latest DLL (Themida is a bitch), I finally succeeded in finding the new table and xor algo. Here's an updated script which should support both versions I had access to. It checks that the data unpacks cleanly and CRC matches to detect the AION version. pak2zip_02....

Re: new AION .pak file format.need help!
Thanks to whoever dumped the DLL, it helped me to figure out the xor keys. I made a small converter in Python.
Edit: apparently it doesn't work with the latest client, I need a new dump of the DLL...
