The way they encode the very basic thing: data tracks. And also quaternion compression.

The tool should be able to handle the animations For their animations, Naughty dogs did things i've never seen before in any other engine. Real crazy things. I couldn't solve it whatever i tried. Looking for help with UVs When I extract the pak file I get ASCIIs and SMDs. Blender gives me an error when I try and open the ASCIIs but will open the SMDs with 1 UV map, there are supposed to be 3. I've tried opening in NOESIS and exporting the ASCIIs as FBX. Doing that I get 2 UVs but I'm still ...

No, you can still drop files on the .exe
Just in this case its important that you select them in right order before you drop them

this is not the problem of a tool. There's a limit for path length in windows. Use shorter paths.
but All files will be extracted in any case.
