Speaking off-tangent but has anyone tried to do in-game model replacement by simply switching files within the game?

Also the 10th pod skin - Amazarashi head seems to be intact as item/script in PC version but model is removed, anyone attempted borrowing it from console version?

PS guys is there some config file in the game archives? We need fix the draw distance and the shadow resolution. Doesn't seem to be the case, i also wouldn't bet on the engine to scale well. Is the interest in reverse engineering this game already dead?
Seems to be a shame seeing that's it's one of best action JRPGs of late and it could really use some texture mods.

So as far as my comprehension goes dtt format is basically DDS embedded with some sort of overhead?
I'm looking into it cause some of the textures could really use some high definition love.

Game got updated today - no patch notes.

DLC mods seem to work, however hair indexes have been shifted - i guess that they needed to code-in some space for new costumes and that's that.
Though obviously ink reshuffle won't work on the new executable.
