Same as step 3 but reversed. Open edited DDS in HEX editor and replace first 128 bytes with 62 bytes from original BIMAGE. That's all. Easy right?... :wink: BTW do you have a repacker of PKR files? I mean real one where you can repack bigger files than original. PKR repack not work https://zenhax.c...

What? Output file in your screenshot is fot-newcinemaastd-d.oft.1.dec, you need change extension .oft.1.dec to .otf => fot-newcinemaastd-d.otf

I have try to extract all dds and i did but i was not able to identify the font file except this oft files in IU folder, but data from that files does not mean anything for me.
