I can decrypt and uncompress the archive with names now 
But the images and some other files are custom formats (PNGs are compressed). I'll figure them out soon...

To clarify: Because all the code is my own everyone can use the engine for commercial purposes, no original code used from Kingdom Hearts just based on it... And the engine is built from scratch using Unreal Engine source as inspiration, not copy and paste. So you don't have to have an Unreal Engine...

I've checked every PMO in the game, I couldn't find any more keyblades.
But the FEP (Effect) files contain more models, they also may contain unused models and other things as I found a cinderella texture in one of them from bbs.

I can export them with bone structures, but there just vertex points with no connections.
Because Obj doesn't support bones...
