Re: Detroit Become Human tools (PC, PS4)
Hello, I know I'm showing up to the party super late, but can someone PM me the game files? Someone said the only way to get them is PMing here so I'd appreciate if someone could send them my way :) thank you Wdym? Are you asking someone to upload the game for you? That would be against several sit...

Re: Detroit Become Human tools (PC, PS4)
Exist there a list with buildings/ places? I've been slowly filling out a spreadsheet of everything here. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1fD59ymNWhL08Gekck0eejgedqDX-byXkHvrizR3AEbw/edit?usp=sharing There's a lot of placeholder descriptions rn, because for a lot of them I haven't checked th...

Re: Detroit Become Human tools (PC, PS4)
For models that don't load due to bad .ascii format (i.e. the trees in Hank's house map), here is a python script that fixes them. import os sourceFile = open("FILENAME.ascii", "r") filename = os.path.splitext(sourceFile.name)[0] newfilename = "%s_fixed.txt" % filename ...

Re: Detroit Become Human tools (PC, PS4)
I used this post as a basis to write a batch script to copy the skeletons into the models. It's slow, it's a mess, and don't run it more than once on the same files, but it'll save some manual labor and let you quickly look through your extracted data with noesis to find what you want. Someone else ...

Re: Detroit Become Human tools (PC, PS4)
You should know just by looking, a roughness(or glossiness) looks different than a metal (or specular) or AO or SSS. Yep, no doubt seasoned vets and industry professionals can tell at a glance, but Google's not been too helpful when I've looked for examples. Anyway, I have figured some things out i...

Re: Detroit Become Human tools (PC, PS4)
https://i.imgur.com/MWCj20T.jpg After a day of messing around I have made some progress applying textures, but it's a lot of guesswork. I still don't think I have the skin texture correct, and the LED is custom (couldn't find correct textures for it at all). Is there a document anywhere that tells ...

Re: Detroit Become Human tools (PC, PS4)
I see, thank you. I must need to assign every texture manually then. Really appreciate these tools you create, daemon1, thank you for all your hard work! (Edit: I am extremely impressed by everyone who is able to figure out which textures go where. I'm only plugging in the diffuses right now, but I ...

Re: Detroit Become Human tools (PC, PS4)
Everything's working except that the texture filenames do not appear to correspond to what the model is looking for. Using Connor's model from the OP as an example. I'm using the XNALara Blender plugin and "file missing files" to locate the textures. It expects filenames such as "m_13...

Re: data0.pkg [Banished]
Sadly doesn't provide us with anything the modkit didn't already come with, which is to say, all we get out of it are .crs files. It would be cool if you could decouple the .crs from other datafiles like textures and models. Also only works on v1.0.0 of the data file. But a really cool effort, nonet...

Ah, it would be so awesome to extract a Tonberry from this and get it 3D-printed.
Excellent stuff!

Re: How to run Fifth Element in Windows 7
Awesome! Love seeing support for older titles on newer OS. There's nothing sadder than trying to boot up an old nostalgic favourite from you childhood and realising it speaks a different language to all the newfangled techno-boop wizardry of the modern age. xD

No mention of the almighty Nexus?
They opened the floodgates a while back, so it's not even just Bethesda RPGs anymore, but any games.

Re: ArchAge
Open beta hype!
Release is not too far off now. ArcheAge is a step in the right direction for MMORPGs, I can't wait for the live servers to go up for real.
What's that other one coming in the future, Black Desert or something like that? Looks very good, too.

Re: General - Program that will open all DDS textures?
Doesn't the Photoshop dds plugin suffice? I've never had a problem with it, but then again, my use of it hasn't been too extensive. It does save in a wide range of formats though, and has a ton of options.
