@howfie awesome... how about the island map? should be easy to spot any changes to it:

i haven't found the "innocent lara" textures yet... that would be even better cause you could directly check the model @ extras in the main menu :X

@howfie thanks for the work on the ripper :) is it possible to "easily" reinject modified textures or is it possible at all? EDIT: actually seems simple enough since you already name the file after the correct offset in the bigfiles... "just" generate a new cdrm file and overwrite the data in the bi...

@chrrox i have a jtag and i could make a ramdump but im not interested in getting the models on pc...

im more interested in extracting and reinjecting the textures to the game... if you know what i mean :D :ninja:

i can confirm what darko said. i have tried to extract files from the final version of chara_common.lnk /.bin the result is one directory of files like: "BU1E7@1S100C@H1A1]]233723D1U1QRF1410N10{S75131I" "BS873@1S100@C]H]623G1EN12PQ31098N10{R821I" "BR1E7@1S100C@H1A1]]233723D1U1QRF1410N10{S75131I" etc...

It's a bit more complicated... the .texture2d files of unreal engine based games contain headerless .DDS data in blocks... first the "main" texture block, then all the mipmaps... you might want to check out the mortal kombat 9 texture modding topic where some guys explained how it works... however t...
