The demo for RE2make is available. All its assets on contained in a single 8 gig PAK file. I've tried the RE7 and latest SFV PAK unpackers but they're incompatible.

You're right, that umap file was nothing but lightmaps. Doing some more research has got umodel spitting out static mesh files. thanks.

The free RE7 demo has been released for PC.

Its data is contained in a single 3 gig PAK file. It runs on a new in-house engine. For the hell of it I tried Street Fighter's UE4 pak file unpacker but as expected it failed.

Unfortunately I can not alter the ingame files. But a dev told me it was a 4x4 transformation matrix. I've been trying conversions in matlab but no luck so far.
