You should be able to proceed by looking through game source code https://github.com/philosophofee/SBSPSS
You can start with files makefile.gaz, makefile.gfx and of course "\data\Music\" folder.

For some reason preview does not work for me. What might be the issue? Conversion works just fine, but not having a preview makes figuring out the format way more tedious. Oh yeah. You won't be able to open them if they don't have dds headers. Try to use "Raw texture cooker".

Propably you have translated wrong file. Find the right one and do the changes there.

Type some string from game in total commander searcher and maybe you'll find correct file:
