Not going to release what you have so far?
Maybe even source, so someone else can continue with it?

This one is d0e0111bf880e80fd0e0111bf880e80f

What game/version/language is this?
From the audio, it seems to be Deponia German/English/Italian/Spanish, but from the xml it looks like Italian/Spanish only.

Key for Edna & Harvey: Harvey's New Eyes demo (English/Steam) = 00148ff19c9a5fc400148ff19c9a5fc4
May be same for full game.

Re: XpoZed's Unpakke project

Yep, I actually found that page before I found about unpakke.
Anyway, I gave the string for Satinav... It also seems to have a type 12 for xml, which can be decrypted with same XOR as header, then unpacked with zlib, but in several sections or something...

Oh... Which part?
My comment in brackets was about strange design of this "encryption", and not about your program. Or was it not this part?

Re: XpoZed's Unpakke project

For Chains of Satinav (VIS3), keys for directory table decrypt: 63353531 61333037 63383035 61386331 39653935 37386665 34613537 64636365 (When using a simple xor system like this, why limit to hex digits? Or if starting from a random-seeming hex string, why not use that directly instead of converting...

Re: 1953 KGB Unleashed

It seems to use MD4/MD5/SHA-1 and SHA-256. This is based on the magic numbers used - other things may use the same numbers... Too complex for me :(
Maybe something like http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SHACAL.
