Ok, some rough googling (and binging... because you never know) around isn't finding any source code for this. Do you perchance have a link or maybe a hint on where to narrow down my search? The MaxTools are part of the free CryEngine SDK. But I don't think there are code-snippets for import/export...

xbox textures are swizzled. save them as xpr and use chris' noesis plugin. I have already unswizzled the images, thx. ;) Its for my private unpacker. :D You mean this script , right? mmm... I'm curious, has any one tried to capture the model with the tressfx on?? Is there a way to get hair mesh with that effect?? There is no "real" mesh for the TressFX hairs. all .mul files in title_ENGLISH have FFFFDD41. Why not FF0001? And all .mul files in bigfile_ENGLISH have many different locals (FFFFFFF7,FFFFDD51,FFFFDD61,FFFFDD63,FFFFDDF,FFFDDC1,FFFFDDCF,FFFFDDDF,FFFFDDE7,FFFFDDFF) Of course I see, all have 0x1 bitmask, but why are there so many different locals...

The modding scene is incredibly small I mean that would die out very fast. As for the older games Tomb Raider IV had official tool sets released and the formats were pretty simple anyway but those are old. The question is, what do you want to modify in such a game? Hmmm not at the moment.. some scene files are really large (up to 70mb).
I'm afraid that this files can load very very long with noesis. ;)

Maybe you want to put the SceneFiles in a different folder in your drm-Dumper . Its easy to find them. Take a look @ howfies post.

The Unpacker doesn't appear to work on these bigfiles bigfile.001 bigfile.002 bigfile.003 Works fine on all the others though. bigfile.000.tiger-bigfile.003.tiger is technically one large file, but splitted in 2GB Parts. You only need to unpack the 000 file to auto-unpack all...
