swf file starts with ZWS in header means it uses lzma compression:

like, i started to see some kind of pattern in the kluns when looking for the face indexes.... what i found out is that most of the meshes have like a header where it says "/vdecl/.../vdecl..." then afterwards i would guess the vertex position comes, and lastly the vertex face indexes, am i right? ...

Well, I see, they've hidden the exporter in an exe and dlus. :eek:
Sadly I don't have the time for reverse engineering such. They may have their reasons to keep things secret.

It's a C# project, VS2015; someone will need to compile it. :wink: (Afaics Barbasol does not handle the skeleton and animations.)

(And we'd need a sample of a static model/vehicle to check it.)

fmt_HotPursuit_PC_Models.py handles .dat files but the vehicle samples zimex25 uploaded have .bin extension.
