I dont know why, but blender's importer is not working... I used Sir kane tool, and quickbms for extract, but blender still give me messege: "doesent seem to be a model"

i dont have max which tool do you use for importing? and which script? I haven't had the chance to try the tool out but he says in the OP it kicks out smd and ascii files. You should be able to Google a working smd importer for your version of Max. Alternatively, Noesis either loads smd by default ...
