*.cpk should be *.usm (I incorrectly labeled that file type). They can be "converted" with VGMToolbox (VGMToolbox → Misc. Tools → Stream Tools → Video Demultiplexer, change format to USM (CRI Movie 2)). I followed your steps. Got the video. However it comes out an orange, yellow and red m...
