oh nice, I still have the ENTIRE disc extractedif you need ITF samples I can make you a package of em, also, any chance of combining it with whats in the BMS script earlier in the thread to make it so Noesis can view the models with the textures?

Well its good to know the formats the game uses and what they are. Now has anyone tried to compare the files from this game to their counterparts in KH: Birth By Sleep to see what the difference in structure is?

So does anyone actually have any documentation on how formats like .pmo have changed in KH3D since their use in KHBBS? Might bring us a step closer to getting them viewable in a program like Noesis.

myrzavkin , I downloaded the tool you provided but as I try to run the program, this error message pops-up that says, "KingdomHeartsDDD_Toolset.exe is not a valid Win32 application." This is just a site that hosts model rips of ff 14. they store it in a custom format .json. The data is not interesting to me personally at all as they striped anything useful from it. the most you can get is an obj. the model data is b64 encoded. So how exactly would I go about decoding the files ...

As the transformation occurs as an in battle cutscene which then triggers a model swap, im guessing its somewhere in the battle scene files, instead of odins actual animation files.
