Sorry i am kind of busy with my own pet project.
i took a look at the files, but at a quick glance i couldn't figure them out.
if some one here can figure out the format, ill write a noesis script for it, but for now i dont have time sorry

You can look for skeletons by searching text within files hkaSkeleton (with total commander, krusader, etc) So i managed to find the skeleton files thanks to your advice and total commander, but when trying to convert them to a packfile using Havok content filter manager tools i get the following e...

Such a problem. The skeleton is displayed correctly during animation. But the model is distorted - very elongated. What could be the problem? In the transformation matrices? As far as i know transformation matrices affect only the skeleton so if skeleton is behaving (moving) correctly that isnt you...

Well i got a working script :D
i am using a hack to bypass 1 thing i havent figured out but it seems to work on all provided samples,
supports bones, mesh and uv.
