Files from vary platforms have no difference in data. The only difference between Android/iOS and Win32 version is that the files are packed in different ways. I have no preview too, downloaded texconv.exe from here and put in the same folder with rawtex (D:\Programs\RAWTex\) - nothing changes, tried both versions.

The empty import may be due to Blender (I'm assuming Blender) not being happy with the Collada file it generated, but I'd have to have access to the source model to verify. Also, I really don't think this software has some kind of protection, because this is a fan-made model viewer which just unpacks models from archives for a specific game. Try without intruder, then with.

Some models doesn't work or has bugs, uploaded samples here.
bigship - causes error at loading.
race_1\h - have bad and missing polygons.
specialships\ship_ufo - normals looks weird (it's supported?).

What is being used to extract the .pkg file? Thanks. "wows_unpacker_gui" tool. Except some files that are no longer available from them and shows 404 error, you happen o have them as well? Those that are missing are mostly from visualDefinitionMega and from year 20...
