At any rate do you know of any way to extract aix files from a memory dump? I can get brres packs, but I have yet to find anything that does what I'm looking for.

Re: Metroid Other M Encrypted Samus Sounds?
Thank you for your help! Well aix2adx worked fine, however so I suppose the aix is fine. I don't see where else on the Iso it would keep her sound effects and voice clips :( Is there a way to extract aix files from a memory dump? I can pull brres packs out of them, however I haven't seen a program t...

Metroid Other M Encrypted .AIX File
I'm fairly certain all of Samus' sound files are kept in one .aix, however when I use the aix2adx01 to convert the file, all I get is one sound file and she has many more sounds in-game than one so it has to be encrypted I believe, unless they keep all her other sounds somewhere else for some strang...

Re: Model Request: Arc Rise Fantasia
Well not receiving the actual .mdl0 is fine, however if someone could check out the hex file I've provided and give me some instructions that would be enough.

Re: Model Request: Arc Rise Fantasia
Just to update I've gone into a hex editor and started at the BTEM listing before Vanessa's name in the text section of the hex and copied everything up until right before the next BTEM. What should I do now? Should I save the file as a certain file type? What program should I run the file through t...

Re: Model Request: Arc Rise Fantasia
So you have the models? Can you please send them to me? :P I'd be very much obliged. Here's what I've done tho. If I use LZ77ex on the Btl_enemy.vld file it only decompresses a small portion or the file (as in the very beginning). Do I have to manually go in and hex something? And if so what? I'm so...

Re: Model Request: Arc Rise Fantasia
Here's the problem with that thread: I've unpackaged the battle_enemy.vld and all that's in there is a crap ton of animation data. >_< I was very excited that I finally cracked it only to find no character models whatsoever. Does anyone know specifically where they are located? I have the tools nece...

Model Request: Arc Rise Fantasia
So I've been searching for the .mdl0 files for the cameo battle characters for a while (Vanessa, Lucia and Saki) and for the life of me I cannot find them in the iso. :( Would anyone be kind enough to either provide me with the models or at least detailed instructions for how and where to get them i...

Re: Arc Rise Fantasia Data
Well I cracked into the file and all I found in there was animation data and models used for what looked to be attacks in the game. In the thread you mentioned someone said that this is where the Character/Enemy model data was located so I'm a tad confused. :\

Re: Arc Rise Fantasia Data
So with this do I just drag and drop the .vld onto the cxd.exe? I've done so and the command screen is staying up, but the output Vol file doesn't seem to be doing anything as it's staying at 0kb. Edit: Nevermind I'm just a tad new to this haha. It worked like a charm and output a Vol file! Now my q...

Arc Rise Fantasia Data
So I heard that this is the place to come for what I'm looking for. I have a file that's giving me a great deal of trouble and I was wondering if someone would be nice enough to help me with it? To the point: http://www.4shared.com/file/tIDNPBCX/btl_enemy.html This is the problem file. It's in .vld ...
