There are any other file with same name but with different extension, like "game.idx" or something like that? This game.rcc is a bunch of zlib files but there's no file names or size.

If the lua file is a plain text, NP++ shows everything, if that's not happening is because the text are not in this file. Seems to me that green texts are only commentary. The game texts should be in another file type.
