Oh, my bad - I forgot that the UV coordinates are flipped on the Y axis. In the UV Image editor, under the UV file menu, look for the Mirror option, and the "Y Axis" suboption (I'm not at my computer, so can't verify the exact names). That will flip the UVs on the Y axis. You might need t...
