How reliable is python's parameterless zlib.decompress?

I decompressed a bunch of text files from Backbreaker and there are some strange artifacts like duplicated strings or fragmented. Basically, it works 90% of the time and then fails catastrophically. I dont know if it is because of my call conventions bReader = open(f, "rb") outData = zlib.decompress...

Guys I am losing my mind here I don't know how to explain just how I am going wrong. It seems I can read single entities but when there are multiple meshes I fail The file contains, textures, mesh, skinned mesh(and weight), bones and shaders Multiple textures are manageable but multiple meshes alway...

Yikes. I know its probably not a virus I just wanted to know how to circumvent windows blocking it without disabling the entire AV

can't seem to get this to work
I tried running it on the pkg and on the extracted pkg files (via the ini - cache not found)
I am using the complete edition

The recompilation is easy with anarchy tools but none of the existing lua decompilers work

I did not use BMS for my extraction also How did you figure out what texture matches what models we have one programer on C, one for Javascript, and i kind of understand a bit python, but being honest, we are rather new to it and not really what you would ...
