Re: Should we upgrade the forum to phpBB 3.2.5?

Besides, is it all about links to images? Waht about http links to web pages? If it's the former case I think the final antidote for a full cleansing would be forcing those URLs to link to https. 8D The insecure content warning is only related to content that's actually served to the browser in the...

Re: Should we upgrade the forum to phpBB 3.2.5?

One problem remains though. I can't change what other users already quoted from my old posts. Aah, good point... If I had a good handle on how the report system works, I would suggest to report those posts so mod could update the link(s) in them (this would also work for any other posts). However, ...

Re: Should we upgrade the forum to phpBB 3.2.5?

I see. So long as there's no actual security issue it's fine with me. [roll] Thanks again for the clarification. If you feel like it, you can always go through your old posts and check any images, updating them to HTTPS where possible (or reuploading them to a service with HTTPS support and updatin...

Re: Should we upgrade the forum to phpBB 3.2.5?

If you vote "no", it would help if you also leave a comment explaining your reasoning a bit better. From a security perspective, I think the forum should be upgraded regardless; the only reason we haven't been pwned by a security exploit that was patched in some later version of phpBB is probably la...

Re: Need help to decrypt this .lua file..

It's not encrypted, it's just saved using an unknown rich text format or something (I wasn't able to identify it after a bit of checking on my part, but I don't know very much about these types of file formats). The text content itself is mostly readable with a bit of work; it's just a Lua script.

One more thing: if you have information which is generally useful for a topic, please post that information in the topic instead of PMing it to specific members. PMed information/answers don't help future readers who are looking for whatever answers your PMs contained.

There is what looks to be fairly comprehensive documentation at http://aluigi.altervista.org/papers/quickbms.txt, and you may be interested in some of the other resources linked from http://aluigi.altervista.org/quickbms.htm as well.

Aah, sorry about the silence, masterX244, I've had real-life distractions the past few months to the point I haven't been able to keep up with stuff online very well. The problem with the wiki is a known one that occurs when you try to edit any wiki page, and started when it was upgraded a few month...
