Well in most cases extracting the models or any assets from the games is forbidden/illegal especially if you use the content for commercial purposes (but i guess most people don't read the EULA texts they clock "Next","Next" before installing.) Really big thanks to Luigi Auriemma, who wrote a bms scrip for the archive type after I have sent him the samples.

I checked offzip.. but it extracts tones of 64kb files.. that's are in no use to me... I'm sure they are not supposed to be in this form.. maybe something is wrong...

Well I had similar problems with models from GTA:Sa and GTA IV, it's something wrong with the definitions of the meshes in the max script.
