ummm what you update there? only changing locale in windows you got correct file names, is not necessary modify script, so again what you change there? original script does not support models.pck. Using applocale is more easier than changing windows locale and rebooting. Why are you asking that obv...

I've tested fatimporter from viewtopic.php?f=33&t=7901&start=155
It seems work ok with linked client. (*.MES for structure mesh, *.SKM for characters)

Though textures are not loaded.

P.S.
edv files are simplys dds. rename it and apply with hand then works.

There is already python script to unpack and repack. I just reprogrammed to quickbms and some type checking code inserted to distinguish which is which.
