Re: FF7 International Artwork

So you have an disc image of PSX version in .bin+.cue file format, right? First of all, you can convert it to .iso and mount using windows explorer. After that you can find archives and use existing tools on them. I found some help, thanks - unfortunately however it is not possible to get them with...

FF7 International Artwork

So, I'm trying to get the artwork of ff7 off the disc, but I have no clue how. I have the bin-cue files, but obviously they can't be read in windows, they do work with an emulator (at least PCSX, ePSXE doesn't).
The artwork looks cool and I'd like to upload it on TTR, so I'd appreciate your help.

You are the human! I needed this for a small project I'm doing with some of the 2.8 models. Regards!
What would this project be?

Jurassic World Evolution .aux files

So, I want to attempt extracting-replacing sounds in the JWE .aux files, regulated by a .ovl file.
Does anyone know how the format works?

Yes, if you're allowed to. I haven't been able to get the disc yet either.
I'm back, sorry for the delay. Please PVT me.

Yes, the PKG file would be good - although it's probably about 40 GB, I would imagine!
Yes it is, even more so unpacked. Do you need links?

I don't think it's the same thing, unfortunately. I think I really need to get my hands on the disc to have a proper look. I might then have a better idea of getting all of the audio.
any way I can help, perhaps with the PKG?

Re: PS4 KH SCD by any other name?

What I did with the PS2 version was to dump the first 20 MB or so of the disc sectors and then look at it in a hex editor, and I found a file table with filenames. You can do a search for some of the following filenames to see if you find anything similar in the PS4 version: 001.pss 011.pss 012.pss...

Re: PS4 KH SCD by any other name?

I just used PSound on your SND file to see what was there, and it found 3 sounds in old-style PSX format. No filenames are stored for these. I suspect there may be other sounds in the file in a different format, but I can't find anything specific from trying to play the data with various codecs. Th...

Re: PS4 KH SCD by any other name?

Unless someone knows different, I think they've used exactly the same audio data for the PS4 version and just updated the graphics. If that's the case, then you'll only get the voices mixed in with the background music, which is the majority (all?) of the dialogue in Re:CoM. There's such a mixture ...

Re: PS4 KH SCD by any other name?

Your .SVM file had some audio, but it seems more like ambient background rather than cutscene audio. Is it specifically the cutscene voice audio in Chain of Memories you need? The cutscenes in the PS2 version seem to have exactly the same audio, and I can rip those ones as they're contained in .PSS...

There's definitely some background music in that .SVM file. Do you have a few more examples? I may be able to work out the format and how to extract them.
oh yes, of that and more - including battle voices. Which one would you prefer?
