I don't know about the Xbox360 version, but the PC version's .xwc files can be scanned and extracted using Dragon Unpacker's HyperRipper very easily (I used Dragon Unpacker v5.6.2. so it's a slightly updated version) I have tried to extract the music from Waves_NonStreamed.xwc and Waves_Streamed.xw...
