i found something called Elder Scrolls Explorer that can load the terrain and all of the static models on it. it is in java i wonder if it can be mod so it can export the map https://github.com/philjord/ElderScrollsExplorer

Guess noone can help you except MrAdults himself. I made some (ugly) patches to load specific nifs like AncientGiant from Atlantica Online but this time it's harder. (Could be helpful if you uploaded an oblivion nif that is successfully processed by the script.) Why didn't you try out NifSkope, btw...

hi I got the NV heightmap Convert to f4 but i need a way to Convert all the Meshes and Textures and the worldspace data to F4. do you guys know of a tool that can import F3/NV nifs and export F4 nifs? or can someone make one for me?
