Racer .ar files
Is it possible to extract the content of a .ar (Racer) file? As I know the .ar is a crypted file to protect the .dof files inside.

Somebody solved this problem?Karpati wrote: Unfortunately some of .sgc files don't have a parent object referenced from the subobjects. I don't know how can I move the 'flying' parts to the correct 'place' automatically.

Re: Mirrored texture, how to remove?
Just redo the uv's ad a uv map modifier then just choose planar for the unwrap method. I've tried what you said, but it didn't worked. (not sure if I was doing it right). If somebody wants to try, I uploaded the model and the texture as attachment. Thanx for your help. :) http://ak2.static.dailymot...

Mirrored texture, how to remove?
Maybe this is a not a specific fileformat question, but I need your help with a 3d model/object. I have a object of the rear of a car. Re: Open locked .sgc model
Hey, I managed to open a locked .sgc model with the 3dobject converter, also the textures are right.
But there is stil a problem: When I save the model ex. as a Waveobject .obj file, and reopen the model with another software (3dsimed), the textures don't match themodel anymore. Why?

Re: Open locked .sgc model
Yes, I've tried it. It opens up the model, it is a bit messed up and many polygons are bad. When I save the model with another filetype and reopen the model with the software I use there is nothing.

Open locked .sgc model
Hello,
is it somehow possible to open a locked .sgc model file (from Richard burns rallye)?
Maybe edit with a hex editor?
