As far as I know, all people who used unpacker didn't need to repack files back - they modified unpacked umd file and put it back to the game. Of course it is larger, but it works with no additional fuss. Probably they had to "xor" resulting file, I don't remember. gildor.org forums has some threads...

I won't bother but where's the UE SkelMesh Viewer from? Virustotal says: I used it in a VM, which I reinstall all 4..6 weeks, so I'm safe. (and 'yes', it displays this amazing girl...) Yesterday I had troubles trying to login to Xentax. I'd like to use your code, if it is okay to you, to extend UModel's texture loading capabilities for this game.

Of course, this is not a surprise - UModel doesn't support customized texture system from this game. There are hundreds of games, and I work alone on the project ...

Korean and Chinese game companies are developing hundreds of games. Most of them are not suitable for non-local market (often they even have no English name). The difference between such games are minimal (at least when I'm looking at screenshots). So I don't feel that I must support all of them. So...
