For PC version characters: Here is a blend file to: -extract svo archive ==>dat files -decompres dat ==> dec files -import dec : autotexturing+weights+bones Format of models is complex . I have this game and see , file with size 32 mb is propably obj format. Change file extension to "obj". It is popular format. Use any 3d viewer to open it.

Here is a bones importer . Only for Blender version 2.49.
Tested only on 3 models.
