Re: Legend of Mana remaster (PC, .psb.m files)

Thanks, but I can't seem to unpack or edit the file, don't know what I'm doing wrong.

EDIT: Nevermind, got info that these files can be edited with FreeMote, using it right now.

Legend of Mana remaster (PC, .psb.m files)

Hello there people!

Legend of Mana just released on PC as a remaster, and I thought I'd translate it. It has the text files/strings stored in .psb.m files, don't know what to do with them. Here's the english file -> https://drive.google.com/file/d/1gJbCS8 ... sp=sharing

Re: Dark Souls 3 *.bdt and *.bhd Files

Does anyone know what happened with the .FSB files? They seem to have encrypted them somehow. They used to start with FSB5 but now it is .èHâ Does anyone know how to decrypt them? For the fsb files in DARK SOULS III\Game\sound the encryption key is: FDPrVuT4fAFvdHJYAgyMzRF4EcBAnKg You can use decfs...

Re: Dead Rising 1 - MSG1 File

I'm bumping up this old topic, as I'd also like to translate this game into my language. The file is an rMessage file (like itemname_u16_usa.rMessage), and if I open it in a HEX Editor, then it has an MSG1 written there immediately. I can't seem to find any text in it, as it might be encrypted. I'm ...

Re: [PS3] dead rising 2 .bcf

Sorry for bumping up this really old topic, but how can we edit these .bcf files / how can we add new fonts or just modify the texture in them?

Re: Dark Souls 2 file formats

Hey there guys!

I'm resurrecting this thread, because I'd like to translate the game on PC. Can anyone help me with the fmg files (can't decrypt them, but there are some where I can see text), and how I could import them back in?

Bumping up this topic.

Is there any progress regarding tools or stuff, so that we could translate the game on PC?

Bumping up this topic.

Here are level 00's files, maybe you can see where it's got a CRC check or something like that. Please, have a look at them -> https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B2kV4D ... sp=sharing

Re: Alone in the Dark 1,2,3 (old games)(.PAK)

It seems I can't reimport them with reimport.bat, it always writes an error to me. Any ideas?

EDIT: It says:

Error: Unsupported compression 176 in reimport mode

Last script line before the error or that produced the error:
37 clog NAME OFFSET discSize uncompressedSize

Re: The future of the forum: Ideas, suggestions and general.

I'm a translator, and I translate games as a hobby and to help others play the games they love, or to introduce them to awesome games. Sometimes it's not easy, because I need new tools, programs and such to even be able to edit a game's files. When I first came here it was about some PSP stuff I gue...

Sheep, Dog 'n' Wolf / Looney Tunes Sheep Raider

Hey there boys and girls, dude and dudettes! I want to translate a game called Looney Tunes - Sheep Raider, or Sheep, Dog 'n' Wolf, as some of you know it. It's an older game where you control Ralph, a coyote, and you have to steal lots of sheep while avoiding Sam, the shephard dog. Now the text can...

Re: Ori and the blind forest font

Duplicated files are needless things for making translation patch. Just use a option to overwrite it. Okay, but I can't seem to find the string files, as most Unity games use .bcg files, and this one doesn't have, yet when I open up the files in a HEX Editor I can find in-game text lying around her...

Sorry to hijack the topic for a bit, but how did you manage to unpack the files (I assume you can also repack them as well)? Re: Scribblenauts Localization Tool

Yes, it's for PC. The unpacker tools that I found are interesting. You can find them here: http://forum.xentax.com/blog/?tag=scribblenauts-unlimited-unpacker I do what the description says, namely drop the index.bin onto the unpacker, and it extracts everything. Also it should support unicode charac...
