This tools can help to extract models from xbox 360 version of the game. Because x360 game is 6.6gb instead of 20gb.

Most of the data for the car is in the Peugeot_Flux.pak_hrd file. This file contains mostly compressed data chunks with uncompressed data in between. I use the program "offzip" to decompress the data. The decompressed data contains no headers as the header information was already uncompressed. The ...

It is most definitely possible. The best way would probably be for me to write a small utility to compile an intermediate file containing all of the different kinds of miscellaneous car information and distribute that with my application. Unfortunately, this really isn't too big of a concern for me...
