i have the same problem with 2006! i have the game here in front of me, opened wit a hex editor, coz i couldnt find any pac files or better "the script"(of all scripts lol) couldnt helped me to open it!
so i still have no clue were i can find the texures!

Textures my collection from SvR 2006,07,08,09,10 & LoW(nearly all texures are in these folders. but sum pac files i opend didnt had any texures in it! good example...
