it could be any symmetric cipher in ECB mode which supports 64bit block length i.e blowfish , unless you've got more info about the algo and password there is nothing more to be done with just those 2 files

what? compressing an exefile with exe-packer does not prevent anybody from using, it just reduce its size

You are right "en" seems to be correct one, ufortunately the unpacker crashes , I've got a different game using same archives but probably modified ones. :roll:

All files necessary are available in proper subdirectories , meshes, tga-s and .osm-s , after some googling I've found out that .osm file is a scene export of 3ds max's plugin called oFusion but I was not able ...

that file is neither normal swf nor crypted one , it's some sort of metafile containing pictures of game menu
