How do you change where the command prompt goes?

Hi I'm new here, I'm wondering if there is a KMS script? They have different folders such as;
String.wz,Effect.wz,Map.wz,Character.wz,Base.wz,Quest.wz,NPC.wz,sound.wz,Mob.wz and UI.wz
I wonder if it's possible to extract those?

Also I got a "Bad Image back.0.img" Any help?
