It’s hard to see what’s going on in your screenshots. The first one is very bright and the second one seems to have a color texture which makes it more confusing. If it’s a normal map problem, all the other material channels are unnecessary to show. The second one isn't a normal map, its a LUT text...

If someone gave me the game map files I could write a program that would import maps and generate fully applied materials in UE4. Have you tried using Umodel?
Its specifically for Unreal Engine 3 and 4 models animations and textures.

No matter what I do, I can't get Ninjaripper to work with Bluestacks. An older version(1.1) runs, but doesn't capture anything. Its finished and even has a thread in this forum from a month or two ago.
But its the PS4 release, it doesn't support PC release unless the format hasn't changed.

These are the normal maps I'm getting from NinjaRipper. If you switch the image channels you can definitely see there is normal information going on there, but it's not the usual switch/invert channels to get them right. This normal map is only the R and G channels, known as the normal maps X and Y...
