When you unpack an EMZ file with OffZip, the output DAT file is likely to be an EMB file. So, you can open the EMB with Dragon Unpacker, Assets Explorer or some Hex Editor if you want to Hex edit something. Just forget OffZip all together, it's confusing for newbies. Grab Assets Explorer by Piecemo...
